Artist Open Studio
Every Monday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
The center hosts an open studio for artists. Bring your own project and get inspired by fellow artists. Room 202.

Knitting & Crochet Group
Every Thursday from 11 a.m. 

Bring your knitting and crocheting   projects and enjoy the company of others working on similar projects! You can also bring new patterns and your questions!

Education and Learning

Brain Fitness Class
Every Thursday at 11am

Just like you exercise your body to strengthen your muscles, you can exercise your brain to stay fresh and alert! This class will be comprised of exercises that will target memory, attention, and focus.

Computer Class
1st and 3rd Thursday at 1pm
Do you have questions about your computer or other devices? Do you want to know more about how to protect yourself from computer scams or viruses? Then we hope that you’ll come to this class!

Loaning Library
Open daily from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Members can borrow books, puzzles and videos for free.

Computer Lab
We have four PCs and a printer for our members to use.  Please sign your name and hours on the sign-up sheet in the lab upstairs.

Fitness and Exercise

You can receive a $10 discount on your first group fitness class; which means you could get 3 EnhanceFitness classes, 1 Yoga class, 1 Tai Chi class, or 3 Zumba Gold classes for FREE! In order to qualify for this discount you must be 50+, new to the exercise class, returning participants registering for a new class or have not taken a class in the last 3 months. Just ask your instructor for the discount!

Enhance Your Morning!
Start your day off with fun, music and movement! Instructors Chelsey Roberson and Jim Cooper lead you through a terrific program designed especially for seniors. Moves can be adapted for almost any activity level and may be covered by Group Health Insurance. $36/12 classes, $45/ non-members.

Gentle Chair Yoga
Tues & Thurs, 9-10:15

Yoga Instructors Kelley Rush and Jennifer Orchard tailor this 1-hour class to the students who attend. Moves can be performed while sitting or standing. Please bring your own yoga mat, though one can be provided for your first class. Sign up at front desk or call 425-333-4152. Drop-ins ok. Class is $10 for members and $12 for non-members. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-10:15 a.m. in the Great Room

Tai Chi
Wed at 6:30pm, Thurs at 2:00pm
Your first class is free thanks to Shape-Up! Afterwards class is $10 each. Alfons and Ulrike are teaching at Sno-Valley Senior Center, and are offering 2 days and times to give the most people the opportunity to take the class. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art and health system focused on preventative care. Through slow and precise movements, we will work on balance and body control.

Zumba Gold
Tues & Thurs, 6:30pm
If you haven’t tried Zumba, but want to, this is a perfect opportunity! Zumba Gold takes different fitness levels into account and instructor Karen Morod also provides jingly coin belts so you can shake it in style in this adapted Salsa dance-like workout. Drop-ins are welcome! Class is $3 for seniors, $5 for drop-ins. Punch cards can be purchased for $20.

Wii Bowling
MWF 10:45am.

Come play with and against your buddies in the Great Room upstairs. No sign up necessary and drop-ins welcome.

Table Tennis
Now Every Monday & Wednesday!
8:00-10:45 a.m. in Great Room

Table is also available at different times for free play.
