Volunteer Welcome Sessions
Twice-a-month we offer a chance to learn about the Sno-Valley Senior Center as a whole. You will meet with staff to discuss our mission, vision, values, and how to get plugged into volunteering. Our core philosophy is that we want our volunteers to have fun and feel the reward of making a difference in our center. See the newsletter for dates and times of these important sessions.
Calling all professional instructors
Whether your passion is in the arts, music, languages, cooking, health & wellness, outdoors, gardening, athletics or something else, we’d like to meet you and help you share your passion of teaching with the Snoqualmie Valley community.
Volunteer Transportation Drivers
Volunteers are needed for Senior Services’ Volunteer Transportation program, which provides many Carnation seniors with access to important medical care. This flexible volunteer opportunity allows drivers to “open doors” for those who are unable to drive themselves. Volunteers use their own vehicles to take seniors to and from medical appointments. For more information, please contact Hilary at (206) 748-7588 or email@example.com.
If you have the drive to help others and have daytime availability, this volunteer opportunity is for you. Discover for yourself why “Rides Change Lives.”
