Digestive Health w/ Tina Fogall
The digestive system is my favorite thing to talk about outside of cooking and eating. In my opinion it’s the most important system in the body. Every single cell in your body is dependent on your digestive system working well. In this class I will talk about how things are supposed to work and how digestion can go wrong. I will discuss how you can boost immune function, mental health, and heart health, with a healthy gut.
