Enhance Your Morning! Start your day off with fun, music and movement! The instructors lead you through a terrific program designed especially for seniors. Moves can be adapted for almost any activity level. Cost is $3 per class for members, $45 for 12 classes (non-members). May be covered by Kaiser Permanente Insurance/ Renew Active/ Silver & Fit. Your first 3 classes are free if you're over 50!
