Gentle Chair Yoga
Mondays at 10:30am, starting May 3
We invite you to come experience one of the gentlest ways of practicing Yoga. Explore gently shapes, deep ways of breathing and connecting with your heart, while creatively using the support of a chair. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Drop-ins welcome! Everyone’s first class is free! $10 per person.
Please bring a snack, water, and clothing for the weather. Hiking group will be walking from the center.

Whatever your fitness level, you can find an option that works for you! Silver & Fit has live and archived workouts, including Cardio, Yoga, Dance, Tai Chi, and more! They have new classes streaming 6 days a week!
Move it Mondays with Chelsey!
Join us at 10am on Mondays for a free, fun, no equipment needed, workout, led by our instructor Chelsey! This class will go live in our “Sno-Valley Senior Center Activity Group” (which anyone with a Facebook can join!) on Facebook, every Monday at 10am. Kelley Rush has an entire online Yoga Studio available to senior center members at a low cost! She offers live classes several times a week and has an entire video library to watch.

Fitness Insurance Coverage (available for in-person classes)
You can receive a $10 discount on your first group fitness class; which means you could get 3 EnhanceFitness classes, 1 Yoga class, 1 Tai Chi class, or 3 Zumba Gold classes for FREE! In order to qualify for this discount you must be 50+, new to the exercise class, returning participants registering for a new class or have not taken a class in the last 3 months. Just ask your instructor for a Shape-Up form to claim your discount.
