Move it Mondays with Chelsey!
Join us at 10am on Mondays for a free, fun, no equipment needed, workout, led by our instructor Chelsey! This class will go live in our “Sno-Valley Senior Center Activity Group” (which anyone with a Facebook can join!) on Facebook, every Monday at 10am. Afterwards the video will be available in the Facebook Group, as well as on this page, at 1pm. So you don’t have to have a Facebook Page to watch it. See class disclaimer by clicking HERE.

Enhance Your Morning! Start your day off with fun, music and movement! The instructors lead you through a terrific program designed especially for seniors. Moves can be adapted for almost any activity level. More information can be found HERE.
Cost is $3 per class for members, $45 for 12 classes (non-members). May be covered by Kaiser Permanente Insurance/ Renew Active/ Silver & Fit. Your first 3 classes are free if you’re over 50!
Beginner Mat Yoga
Mondays at 4:00pm
Beginner yoga mat class for those students who are able to get up and down off the floor. There will be plenty of time to focus on body alignment, breath expansion and tracking sensation. The goal is to increase mobility, strength, and flexibility using every day movements to increase our movement range. Taught by Jennifer Orchard. Monday’s 4pm-5:15pm, $10 per person, and your first class is free if you’re over 50!

No sign up necessary and drop-ins welcome. Come play with and against your buddies. See if you can bowl a 300!
Gentle Chair Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00am
Yoga instructors tailor this 1-hour class to the students who attend. Moves can be performed while sitting or standing. Please bring your own yoga mat, though one can be provided for your first class. Class is $10 each. May be covered by Renew Active/ Silver & Fit. Your first class is free if you’re over 50!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
If you haven’t tried Zumba, but want to, this is a perfect opportunity! Zumba Gold takes different fitness levels into account and instructor Morod also provides jingly coin belts so you can shake it in style in this adapted Salsa dance-like workout. Seniors: $3, Drop-Ins: $5.
Fit Over 50!
Thursdays at 10:30am
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living. Weighted hula hoops, elastic tubing, and a ball are used for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class is just $3 members, $5 non-members. Your first 3 classes are free thanks to Shape-Up!
Thursdays at 8:00pm
Be transported to a forgotten era through Argentine tango. Tango classes are a great way to spend a dark rainy evening. Improve your memory, balance, and communication. Informal drop-in classes taught by local instructors. Ages 15-100 welcome! Cost is $20 per couple.
Fitness Insurance Coverage
You can receive a $10 discount on your first group fitness class; which means you could get 3 EnhanceFitness classes, 1 Yoga class, 1 Tai Chi class, or 3 Zumba Gold classes for FREE! In order to qualify for this discount you must be 50+, new to the exercise class, returning participants registering for a new class or have not taken a class in the last 3 months. Just ask your instructor for a Shape-Up form to claim your discount.
Do you have Kaiser Permenente, Silver and Fit, Active and Fit, or Renew Active through your insurance? You can get discounts on your fitness classes. Just bring in your Silver & Fit or Renew Active ID number to Program Coordinator, Kira Avery at email@example.com.
