EnhanceFitness | Mon, Wed, and Fri at 8:45am

Start your day with fun, music and movement! Instructors Cindy Andre, Barb Blanchard & Joe Macri lead you through a terrific program designed especially for seniors. Moves can be adapted for almost any activity level and may be covered by Insurance. Your first 3 classes are free with Shape-Up! $36/12 classes, $45/non-members.

Gentle Chair Yoga
Monday at 8:15am & Tuesday at 9:30am

Enjoy this Gentle Yoga class, taught by Barb Blanchard that focuses on breath, mindfulness and gentle Yoga poses that will leave you feeling renewed, energized and more comfortable in your body.  The traditional Hatha style poses will be held with Yogic breathwork and transitions will flow easily and gently. If you are brand new to Yoga or have been practicing for years you will definitely enjoy this class. Your first class is FREE! Then the class is $10 per person.

Table Tennis: Wednesday from 8:00-11:00am 

Did you know Table-tennis is the third largest participation sport in the world after soccer and cricket. Come and join your friends for a fun and energetic round of Table Tennis.

Low Impact Aerobic Dance Class Thursdays at 1:45pm & 3pm

LOW-IMPACT AEROBIC DANCE! All ages and gender are welcome! Join in a fun filled hour of cardio, muscle strengthening, cool down, stretching. What could be more fun then dancing and sweating to music of 50’s and 60’s. $10 for 8 week session. All ages, men and women, welcome!

Wii Bowling & Corn Hole!            Wednesdays at 11am

Come and enjoy your friends, bowl a little, try your hand (arm) at the corn-hole toss. If you’ve never played either, that is okay, we will teach you and no pressure, just come for the fun!

Drums Alive: 2nd & 4th Monday of the Month at 1:00pm ($12 per class)

This class will incorporate the fun of music and exercise! Either sitting or standing, you will find that drumming will help you regain and maintain muscle strength, increase brain activity, improve your mood and can transform your emotions. You can drum as fast or slow as you want and still have fun! Even beat to your own drum! No experience necessary. Class is $12 per person, limited spots available. 

Tai Chi: Thursdays at 2:00pm                NO CLASSES IN AUGUST

Tai Chi and QiGong are ancient exercises and fitness practices that improve the overall health of the
participants. Tai Chi is the perfect exercise regardless of your fitness level or age. Please join us and benefit from this ancient practice. $5 members, $7 non-members

Whatever your fitness level, you can find an option that works for you! Silver & Fit has live and archived workouts, including Cardio, Yoga, Dance, Tai Chi, and more! They have new classes streaming 6 days a week!

How to Get Up After a Fall

Fitness Insurance Coverage (available for in-person classes)

You can receive a $10 discount on your first group fitness class; which means you could get 3 EnhanceFitness classes, 1 Yoga class, 1 Tai Chi class, or 3 Zumba Gold classes for FREE! In order to qualify for this discount you must be 50+, new to the exercise class, returning participants registering for a new class or have not taken a class in the last 3 months. Just ask your instructor for a Shape-Up form to claim your discount.
