Tuesday Gentle Chair Yoga

Every Tuesday at 9:30am
In this Yoga class we begin with Yogic breathing to center, focus and enhance our wellbeing and set our intention for the practice. We then move on to gentle Yoga poses both seated and standing using the chair for support and balance. Next we incorporate light strength work seated using Therabands into our practice and finish off with meditation and time to enjoy the benefits of the work we just did. Your first class is FREE! Afterwards, class is $10 per person and may be discounted based on insurance, ask Kira!

Community Dining Lunches are served at noon, Monday-Friday! Reservations are required, please call 425-333-4152 by at least the day before, to order your meals.
Anyone can order a meal and it's just a $5 suggested donation for those over 60, $10 cost for those under 60. EBT is accepted.

We were all made to move! Functional Fitness with Laura will focus on the fundamentals of fitness, working to improve balance, flexibility, & mobility. This class is focused on bringing community members together through improving every day life functionality. Cost is $5 per person and your first class is free (over 50)! Class is open to ALL regardless of age or senior center membership.
