This Chair Rocks. Join AgePride for their virtual weekly exercise class! Enjoy a fun hour of chair work-outs where we’ll move through stretching, strengthening, and cardio exercises to help prevent falls, boost your mood, and improve endurance. In the comfort of your own homes, we’ll be ready to come together for a good time. All are welcome. Tuesdays from 10-11am.
