Beginner yoga mat class for those students who are able to get up and down off the floor. We will work with gentle, beginner yoga poses on the mat. There will be plenty of time to focus on body alignment, breath expansion and tracking sensation. The goal is to increase mobility, strength, and flexibility using every day movements to increase our movement range. Taught by Jennifer Orchard. Monday’s 4pm-5:15pm, $10 per person, and your first class is free if you're over 50!
