Functional Fitness with Laura | Tuesdays at 4:30pm

Not everybody was made to be a body builder or a marathon runner, but we were all made to move. This class will focus on the fundamentals of fitness; working to improve balance, flexibility, and mobility. The hope for this class is to bring community members together through improving every day life functionality.  Class is $5 per person, and your first 2 classes are FREE (over 55).
