A lot of people are feeling overwhelmed, afraid, and isolated because of the pandemic. There has been a great deal of grief and loss with the loss of physical contact like hugs or handshakes, grabbing lunch with a friend or family member, taking a walk with a neighbor or even just by yourself, or maybe attending the events and activities that are held at the center.
