Improve your ease of function in daily life such as picking something up off the floor or putting on socks. Lifting, squatting and walking with balance and ease. We use awareness in yoga poses to build better balance, strength, and flexibility. We use the chair as a prop in each class sequence.
All the poses can be modified to meet your needs. Our goal is to experience structural strength and understand patterns of movement, so our muscles don't have to work so hard. Video Included.
