Walk with Ease | Starting Tuesday, August 9 at 1pm
The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program is an exercise program that can reduce the pain and improve overall health. This FREE program meets 3 times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday) for 6 weeks. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease (you do not need to have arthritis to participate in the program).
Walk with Ease will help you: Motivate yourself to get in great shape, walk safely and comfortably, improve your flexibility, strength and stamina and reduce pain and feel great.
